J. Abram McBride, M.D.
Group President
Along with seeing patients full-time, Dr. McBride serves as President of Colorado Springs Urological Associates (CSUA). Dr. McBride is a highly trained board-eligible urologist who specializes in vasectomy, microsurgery, vasectomy reversal, reproductive medicine, and male infertility, as well as men’s health, sexual dysfunction, and erectile dysfunction.
He’s a native of Virginia and served in the Virginia Army National Guard. Dr. McBride spent time overseas during Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Between tours, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, where he earned membership in Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. He completed an internship and urology residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC).

Sean Holloway
Chief Operating Officer
Sean Holloway is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with over 20 years of transformative leadership across military, nonprofit, and civilian healthcare sectors.
With a distinguished record of success in operational excellence, global medical system development, and strategic planning, he has led multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments both domestically and abroad.
Prior to joining Colorado Springs Urological Associates, Sean held operational leadership roles at Colorado Springs Cardiology, Intermountain Health’s Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, and at Peak Vista Community Health Centers. During his 29-year military career, he held executive leadership positions across major Air Force medical commands.
Deeply engaged in civic life, he serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, including the Police Foundation of Colorado Springs, Angels of America’s Fallen, and the City of Colorado Springs Public Safety Sales Tax Oversight Committee.
