This problem might be the Medical Company Dr. /Staff work for. TERRIBLE COMUNICATION! Every prescription have problems with getting anything filled because Doctor office do not return calls to Pharmacy. I thought it was the Pharmacy's fault. Changed Pharmacy provider.. Still a problem Changed Doctor thinking it was the office Still a problem Don't understand.. I can never reach a live person on phone and perscriptions is usually called in wrong.. Now Pharmacy is complaining they never recieve a return call from Doc office. Understaffed from Corporate?

I only waited a few minutes before I was taken to the exam room. I had a pleasant and informative discussion with Dr. Derksen. He explained my present situation and the plan going forward. All of my interactions with Dr. Derksen have been similar. I strongly recommend him.

Keep in mind that Dr. Derksen and I go back to his early days at CSUA followed by a long absence. That absence had two sources. First was his agreement way back that as long as I felt I needed no urological assistance from him, I would discontinue my checkups because of the difficulties in getting to Colorado Springs from Pueblo due to my caregiving requirements for my elderly mother. Second was that she lived until a couple of years ago and reached the age of 106. At the same time I had no need to see a urologist. In a way I still don't but had a couple of lingering questions that go back to the surgery he performed, had a question of recent origin that I wanted a urologist's input on, and finally had gotten out from under some other more pressing deferred maintenance items with other doctors. Thus this appointment. From the beginning I found Dr. Derksen easy to work with and supremely competent. Nothing has changed in that regard and I will not hesitate to suggest him as a superior alternative, even though my chances to do so are slim. In fact, it was nice to get reacquainted with him and will from this point on, as long as I'm still in Pueblo and capable of getting to the office, will do so as needed. He deserves my highest rating. My thanks to him.

There was a glitch in the insurance. Not only did Dr. Lowery propose a solution, he called me personally later in the day to see if there was any more he could do to ameliorate the situation. Over and beyond expectations.

I had been in the ER for belly pain when I had a CT only to discover that I had a 7mm Kidney Stone stuck just below my right kidney. I live with my daughter as she is my caregiver. I scared her when I became septic and she took me back to the ER where I was cared for all day, then admitted. I lost several days, but when I was able to wake up and talk, I learned that Dr. Jepson performed emergency surgery placing a stent near the kidney stone allowing it to drain. I wanted to follow-up with him after getting out of the hospital. He was very cordial and thorough with me. I look forward in getting better and staying healthy under his care. I'd definitely refer Dr. Jepson to any of my friends.

Dr. Fuentes is consistently engaged in a positive patient-provider relationship. He listens to our concerns, offers suggestions toward a plan of care without pressure. He is compassionate and professional. I do often have issues getting through to his office.

I believe that the normal time allotted is 30 minutes but Dr Jepson, without appearing hurried, was pleasantly conversational and covered all of the normal questions and subject areas thoroughly well within the appointment time. Dr Moody is friendly and very professional. He understands my problem and was very helpful.

Dr. Derksen was very good at helping me understand the process I am currently going through. He explained what his office will be checking then he explained how he would proceed based on test results that will take about 2 weeks. Dr. Derksen also has a code on the wall of his office that you can scan and it loads some videos on your phone that he has made where he gives a brief overview of his history. I thought the videos were very informative.

Unfortunately, after my latest appointment, there were some issues with my insurance. She called herself to let me know what was going on and how to resolve them.

Dominique is amazing, please read full review for the low rating here. The billing department on the other hand is horrible. I always get a person somewhere (sounds like India) who cannot understand me or better yet I cannot understand them. This is not the right forum to review since this looks like specific to the providers. My providers are 5-Star, however the support folks I have talked to with billing are horrendous. You will not talk to anyone local, at least I haven't and I've been going here almost 2 years.

After seeing several Doctors for this problem, Dr, Moody is the only one helping me resolve the problem, well worth the trip from Pueblo. When you check in at reception, the office is so big, open and clean. you can see all the staff. They ALL come across as happy to work there.

I was scheduled for a pre-surgery consult on a Friday, but snow storm closed the practice and I got a robo-call to reschedule after the weekend. Within an hour of the robo-call Dr Lowery called and did the consult by phone. I am impressed.

Dr. Michaela Krajmerova is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a Urologist. She removed a cancerous tumor from my bladder that was a high grade cancer. And so far I am Cancer free for 6 months now.

Urological health is a very sensitive matter, and Dr. Jepson elicits the trust needed for a productive patient/provider relationship.

Always helpful to explain and check the unit to make sure I understand all the instructions to take care of the unit.

When I needed help regarding possible prostate issues Dr Mancini walk me through the potential scenarios. He was helpful in every way. There was a problem with my appointment being cancelled and no one notified me. Ms. Mei was kind enough to take care of the problem which was very much appreciated.

Everything went well , however I did notice a knot on my stomach after I received the injection and it is still there.

Overall experience was good. As my treatment continued over the weeks, I realized that there were certain details that I don't believe were discussed. I wasn't knowledgeable enough to think to ask certain questions either. C'est la vie...

Listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one of them with true professionalism. Top notch in every way. Even got back to me re: lab results in prompt fashion... not my experience with other "providers" in health care these days. He is a physician...not a provider.

I took the time off from work. It is a 40min to get to his office. I wait in the room to be informed that the doctor is late. He was in surgery and not even in the building. The staff said he was running behind with surgery. The staff should have had the courtesy and consideration to have called me to cancel the appointment. I was not even seen by the doctor that day. I missed half a day of work for a no show appointment that was frustrating and a disappointment.

Dr. Fuentes was tied up in a surgery so was unable to make my appointment but one of the other doctors filled in and did a great job with my procedure. The appointment took a little more time than I expected because of the switch off to the other doctor, so kudos to Carlo, the PA, who was very friendly, very experienced and obviously very knowledgeable. We had time to chat a bit, which put me at ease as he was doing his thing getting me ready for the Dr., who also did a great job explaining things, answering questions and checking on how I was doing throughout the procedure. All of the staff I interacted with were very personable, answered my questions and explained thoroughly what was going to happen and what I could expect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Dominique Swain is very caring, kind and knowledgeable as a urologist. I have been going to her for urology care for several years now. She has listened well and has bern very attentive to my specific problems. I really have appreciated her “bedside manner” in attending to me. She has offered solutions to a certain problem- I have been concerned about the cost of a medication for it. She is very understanding and patient as I work with this. I highly recommend Dominique to any patient needing her service.

Dr Walsh clearly advised me before hand what were his concerns about the condition of my urine. So he proceeded to incrementally check for kidney cancer and then bladder cancer. During the last tests for the bladder, the urine test was clear with no more blood. All testing was negative. He confidently declared me free of both kidney cancer & bladder cancer. Arrived early ...3:40...for a 4pm appointment. Was escorted to an exam room at approximately 4:20. Waited until 4:55. Enquired as to where the Doctor was and was told he was still doing a procedure. Left without seeing the doctor. I know that they close at 4:30 pm. Didn't reschedule as this group has 'kicked me to the curb' before. No follow-up on there part at all. It has been a week now since my appointment. Not recommended.

The discussion of previous procedures was quick and complete. Doctor manners were excellent. Staff procedures for the next 2 appointments were excellent.

Got in on time. My questions were answered. I got the help I think I needed. Came home with samples to try.

I like the direction my case is going in. And look forward to arriving at a solution to my problem.

I'm leaving a 3 star because Jennifer was good as normal BUT, there is NO WAY to get a hold of this office. If you need to talk to your provider, forget it. You can't unless you show up in person. They even told me they don't have anyway to contact them. They said you can leave a message and they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours but in the case of an emergency, which I had, they never got back to me. I left a message on Friday and by the time my appointment rolled around on Thursday, nobody had attempted to get in contact with me. I am seriously considering getting a different doctor if this doesn't get taken care of. One small plus is that the front desk lady gave me her business card with her direct line. Hopefully she is there if I need to call in again.

Only a short wait to get back to exam room, doctor was very knowledgeable, listened to patient, etc. And scheduler got us in quickly, too, way faster than I thought was going to happen. Very pleasant experience overall. Keep up the good work!

I waited for an hour after we signed in because the receptionist forgot to 'Check us in'. No worries, it happens. I was pleased with Doc Fuentes knowledge and approach to my urology problem. He was easy to talk to and have a dialog with. He was aggressive, but not pushy. I liked that he took notes rather than typed on his computer. He was methodical in his investigation and explained his reasons for his decisions. He outlined the tests he wanted to do and said the test would determine the treatment. He did give me what procedures would likely be required to fix the problem based on the paperwork I filled out and our conversation. I felt he addressed the problem, outlined the tests to provide data for making a final decision. The first test was scheduled I left that day. He told me what procedures he thought would probably be required to fix my problem. I asked him if those procedures could be done at Corwin in Pueblo, and he said he is there one day a month or so. I had to cancel that first test because I wasn't feeling god that morning. I called the office number and got scheduling at a call center I think. They said I needed to cancel the test 24 hours in advanced or I would be charged $250. Then they tried to reschedule me for another office appointment with Doc Fuentes. I said that I needed to reschedule the test, not the appointment, They said they could schedule me an appointment sooner with another Doctor. I finally said, just get me back to the doctors office. Janean answered, and rescheduled me, no problem. I know there is a learning curve with outsourcing, and I am sure it will get better.

this was my first experience with Dr. Lowrey. He was pleasant, professional and surprisingly had read my past medical history thoroughly. He was easy to talk to and answered all questions confidently.

I dreaded discussing prostate surgery with my urologist due to the horror stories others had shared about their experiences, including a relative. However, after extensive research, I found Dr. Mancini, who performed UROLIFT, so I scheduled a consultation. The doc was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my 1st appointment. However, after a short test, Dr. Mancini said I was not a candidate for UROLIFT. Despite my reluctance to TURP, with my wife's support, I scheduled the surgery. The day of and the day after surgery, were rough...mainly due to the catheter. However, once the catheter was out, I slowly walked a 1/2 a mile outside the house, then a mile, and two miles the following morning. By the weekend, I was walking three miles with my dog at a very brisk pace. The second week after the surgery, I started lifting weights, gradually increasing the intensity. Nothing heavy like I usually lift, but lifting an empty barbell felt wicked good. The burning sensation when urinating eased off by the second week, and the post-surgery bleeding had ceased by week three. It felt like my surgery had never happened! Now, I am back to riding my bike 8-12 miles, three to four days a week, and my weights are up to 65% of my one rep max. Oh, and no more running to the bathroom. No more, "I can't do this or that because I need to be close to a bathroom." Going once every 2 1/2 hours is the new norm. Life is good. No, life is now great! I drive an hour and twenty minutes to see Dr. Mancini because he is well worth the trip! Heck, I'd drive three hours to see this man. I cannot speak highly enough of his remarkable skills. Plus he is one cool dude to chat with. Don't let frequent bathroom trips hold you back; Dr. Mancini is here to help you like he helped me. Seriously, call the good doc today; you won't regret it.

I was very nervous going in to see a urologist since I'm in menopause and my experience with most Dr's during this time has not been a positive experience. Dr. Colvin suggested a few outside the box solutions that most Dr's hadn't proposed and gave me the reassurance I needed that my UTI's while unpleasant, were common in menopause. She listened the entire time and was present which is rare these days.

I have been seeing Doc Mancini for about 8 years. He has managed my prostate cancer issues and developed a treatment plan for my unique circumstances. I see him twice per year and I have monthly phone appointments with his care management team. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jepson was outstanding. He took over for another doctor who was unable to be there. He had studied my file and was up to speed. He took the time to discuss various issues faced by a prostate cancer survivor, after a prostatectomy. If you have such an issue I highly recommend him to you.

Just fine,all were polite, nice, answered all questions, they got to me on time, quickly.i would recommend this office and Dr. Bong to others, I have no complaints.

The visit with Mrs. Swain went well. My only complaint is that your appointment scheduling by phone is terrible. I called twice and never got a response. Then, I sent an e-mail and still no response. Finally, I stopped at the office to make my annual appointment.

Dr. Walsh and the staff are always professional and helpful. He interacts with the patient and truly cares.
